Supervisory monitoring service includes complete care for the proper operation of your system. This includes a once-a-year “Performance Report” that summarizes key data and suggests possible improvements. The customer has constant access to a user dashboard with an overview of detected problems and interesting graphs. When an error occurs, the system sends instant push notifications to the mobile phone. If the problem persists, our technician contacts you directly. Of course, we also provide consultation and support via phone or email according to your needs.
In case you have a PV plant on a Victron system, you already have all the necessary hardware to connect to the Monitoring (CerboGX unit).
